Situated within the beautiful and picturesque Churnet valley near Leek in rural Staffordshire overlooking the Derbyshire Dales, the farm comprises nearly 50 acres of grazing, wetland nature reserve and woodland.
Both the Caldon Canal and the Churnet River run through the farm making it a haven for wild life. It is ideally placed being secluded, yet only a few minutes drive from the busy market town of Leek.
